We often talk about the importance of customer service in the hospitality industry, but every now and then, an act of kindness and integrity truly reminds us of why we do what we do. Today, we want to take a moment to recognize and sincerely thank the Courtyard Newark-University of Delaware associate, Bryan Anderson, for an outstanding display of honesty and integrity.

Recently, Bryan saw a driver drop his wallet at a gas station. Without hesitation, Bryan picked up the wallet and drove across town to ensured its swift return to the owners home.  

This gesture reflects the core values of our team. Bryan exemplifies what it means to care for people not just as customers but as individuals. Their commitment to honesty and doing what’s right, even when no one is watching, deserves both recognition and celebration.
