Mark Karow, General Manager at the Art Ovation Hotel, Autograph Collection, in Sarasota, FL, was in attendance at the annual Autograph Collection and Tribute Portfolio conference in Las Vegas, NV. Mark Karow had the honor of accepting the award for “Most Unique Mark” for the Art Ovation Hotel.

The Mark is a way for Marriott Autograph Collection hotels to bring to life their unique character and stories.  The Mark is known as a self-expression of each hotel's brand positioning, The Mark leaves a lasting guest impression with every stay and is connected richly within the community.

With over 150 Autograph Collection properties represented, this was truly a monumental accomplishment for the Art Ovation team. While "The Mark" is generally an idea or concept, the team at Art Ovation has brought it to life over the past year, and this recognition from Marriott is a reflection of their efforts every single day.

The Marriott Autograph Brand Team even recreated the Art Ovation Mark as a centerpiece at the center table of the ballroom during the conference.
